The browser is the window that comes up when you click onto the internet. If you experience issues please search for Google Chrome and use the Chrome browser to access the Real Birth Online Program.
Date in right format
Must be in this format DD/MM/YYYY. Some old browsers will not automatically generate this format so you may need to manually enter into this format. For Example: 1st Dec 2021 will need to be entered 01/12/2021.
User code failing
Please check this is entered correctly. Uppercase and lowercase, Symbols and numbers must be in the correct format for it to be recognised.
